Model withdrawal form

If you are a consumer in the European Union and you want to withdraw from your purchase, you can use this form. It is the standard form set out in Annex I(B) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Using it is entirely optional. Any clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract is enough, in any wording and by any means — an email saying so is valid, and we will not turn a withdrawal down because it did not use this form.

How to send it

Email the completed form, or any equivalent statement, to [email protected], or post it to [TO BE COMPLETED]. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough that you send your statement before the 14-day period expires. We will acknowledge receipt without delay.
